After studying filmmaking, followed by an extensive practice in photojournalism and documentary photography, she earned her PhD in Fine Arts from the University of Paris VIII. As a photographic artist, educator, and theorist, her reflections intertwine practice and theory. She is represented by Espace_L Gallery in Geneva, which presented her work at ArtRio in 2014.
