The exhibition Alentours will present the works of Niura Bellavinha & Denis Jutzeler. Both artists create work directly connected to their environment, incorporating everything around them into their art.

Bellavinha was born in Minas Gerais, Brazil, a state known for its mines and precious stones, where the soil has a reddish iron color visible in the works presented in the exhibition. Niura Bellavinha integrates natural elements into her work. Whether creating a performance, an installation, or a painting, she continuously explores the characteristics and intrinsic possibilities of water, earth, meteorites, and more.

Jutzeler was born in Switzerland. Around his home, there are branches, leaves, and vegetation, which he cuts, glues, transforms, overlays, and reinterprets in his own way, creating a new image that is balanced and perfectly composed. Together, his images form a cinematic experience. Jutzeler is sensitive to subtle details, and through his lens as a cinematographer, we are invited to travel through his universe.
