Each element makes us exist.
And our existence must celebrate them.
In an age of the ephemeral, I offer the viewer the time to observe this nature, to explore these elements.

Painting is an infinite time. It builds itself slowly — I return to it, revisit it. Sometimes, it takes several years.
The layers overlap, just like the elements, and my strangely familiar images evoke memory.

The paintings open up to imagination and to each person’s personal experience; they reveal the way the world is stitched together.
Matter and color bring water, air, and stone back into existence.
The outer world resonates within each person’s inner world.

The paintings obey no rules, and the multiplicity of my sources contributes to the abolition of those rules.
