Vivianne van Singer continues her exploration of color in the form of objects, found objects, celestial maps, and drawings.
During this exhibition, signs and gestures are shown where the color is revealed. The artist captures the colors of flowers and seasonal bouquets. She seeks to capture and show moments of transition like when the blue intensifies and the stars are appearing, where a face appears in front of its own reflection.
As we know, the color is in perpetual transformation because of the light, of the physical and chemical combination in which it results. The materiality of different supports gives to color its changing, elusive aspects. Men have been suspicious for a long time because of its seduction, since it deceives the look and questions the evidence.
However, the artist makes colo its objetc in order to allow the viewer, the passerby, to understand that each color can transform his vision and offer new horizons of thought.
